14 Day Adventure or two week itinerary for Exploring the Wonders of Java and Bali. Indonesia, has thousands of islands, offering unmatched natural and cultural richness. We, who have long served foreign tourists to explore the islands of Java and Bali, are ready to take you to visit various places you want. The tour program that I wrote below is just an example, you can adjust it to your time and interests. In this two-week itinerary, we will explore ancient temples, majestic volcanoes in Java, to the calming beaches and green rice fields in Bali.
Week One: The Wonders of Java
Day 1-3 : Yogyakarta, the Heart of Javanese Culture
Arriving in Yogyakarta, a city rich in history and culture. In Yogyakarta we can visit various tourist attractions ranging from Borobudur Temple, Jomblang Cave, Pindul Cave, Timang Beach, Yogyakarta Palace, Taman Sari, and Prambanan Temple. You can also enjoy the Ramayana performance at night and explore the always busy Malioboro Street.
Day 4-5 : Mount Bromo Adventure
Travel to Mount Bromo, one of Indonesia’s most iconic volcanoes. Watch the spectacular sunrise from Penanjakan, and explore the sea of sand around the Bromo crater.
Day 6-7 : The Beauty of Ijen Crater
Travel to Ijen Crater, famous for its rare blue fire. Watch sulfur miners working hard amidst the stunning natural beauty.
Second Week : The Charm of Bali
Day 8-11: Lovina – Ubud, Heaven of Arts and Culture
The overland journey continues to Bali, passing the Ketapang – Gilimanuk ports and heading straight to Lovina, here we stay one night to see dolphins and snorkel. While in Ubud we can visit various waterfalls, Tirta Empul, Monkey Forest, Tegalalang rice fields, and Besakih temple. you can also visit the cleanest traditional village in Indonesia, namely the traditional village of Panglipuran.
Day 12-14 : Beaches of South Bali
Explore the beautiful beaches of South Bali, such as Kuta Beach, Seminyak, and Uluwatu. Enjoy surfing, sunbathing, or just relaxing enjoying the sunset. It’s time for you to relax and enjoy your vacation by pampering yourself at the famous spa in Kuta, or shopping for Balinese souvenirs. Enjoy a farewell dinner on the beach of Jimbaran and packing.
The best time to visit Java and Bali is during the dry season (April-October) and always respect local customs.
