You can also see directly how to make tofu and tempeh which we will use as ingredients for the cooking class. Because my place is not spacious, so I only limit cooking class participants to 6 people each day.

The dishes we will make are varies depending on your request but with a Javanese cuisine menu.
1. Lodeh vegetables, a mixture of fresh coconut milk and young jackfruit. legendary Javanese food.
2. Fried tofu and tempeh, also be made into braised or bacem tofu and tempe. Which is cooked with Javanese sugar or brown sugar.
3. Fried rice or nasi goreng, various mixtures are used such as chicken, shrimp, squid and meet.
4. Vegetable Bakwan or shrimp bakwan.
5. Oseng oseng banana heart or banana flower, can also be mixed with beef.
6. Trancam is a mixture of various vegetables and grated coconut.
7. Tempe mendoan is tempe coated with wheat and fried together.
