Yogyakarta Bromo Kawah ijen is an overland tour package that we have. The trip starts from Yogyakarta and of course after visiting the tourist attractions in the city of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. The trip to Bromo from Yogyakarta takes approximately 7 hours via the toll road. After visiting Bromo, the trip continues to the Ijen Crater in Banyuwangi, which takes approximately 7 hours. This package is flexible, so when you have finished the tour at the Ijen Crater, you can be taken directly to Bali, Ketapang Harbor or Surabaya City or Airport.

Sample itinerary Yogyakarta Bromo Kawah ijen
Day one – day two : Yogyakarta city tour including Borobudur temple and Prambanan temple.
Day three : Yogyakarta to Mount Bromo approximately 7 hour drove via toll way. Passing through rice fields and mountains in East Java.
Day four : sunrise at penanjakan hill – mount bromo – photo season – back to hotel – madakaripura waterfall – drive to Kawah Ijen. Passing through rice fields, mountains in East Java and coffee plantations.
Day five : Blue flame or blue fire – Kawah Ijen lake – watching the view – back to hotel
After breakfast at hotel we head to the place we have agreed to end the tour or we can visit to the coffee plantation before.
Tips for the best experience
Always be careful when climbing stairs on the hill
The sunrise experience is weather-dependent, so check the forecast before your visit.
The best time to witness the sunrise is before dawn, so plan to arrive at the hill early.
